Eligibility Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County. 4. Noise & Parties No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale). 5. Plumbing & Cleanliness Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke. 6. Pool Rules Supervision Required: Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool. No Diving or Running: Diving, jumping, or running around the pool area is strictly prohibited to ensure safety. No Glass in Pool Area: Please do not bring glass containers near the pool to avoid injury from broken glass. Pool Safety: By using the pool, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the pool. 7.
